계정 삭제 안내

MOTE: Maze Of The Element의 계정과 클라우드 데이터를 삭제하는 방법입니다. 로그인은 선택 사항이라 로그인하지 않았다면 삭제할 계정이 없습니다.

앱에서 직접 삭제 (가장 빠른 방법)

앱을 열고 오른쪽 위의 설정(톱니바퀴)을 누릅니다.
로그인한 상태에서 보이는 계정 영역의 계정 삭제 아이콘을 누릅니다.
확인 창에서 삭제를 확인합니다. 보안을 위해 다시 로그인하라고 할 수 있습니다.

삭제되는 정보

로그인 계정(Firebase Authentication의 계정 식별자·이메일·표시 이름)
클라우드에 저장된 진행 단계, 은화·금화, 별, 아이템 정보

이 기기에 저장된 게임 진행과 설정은 남으며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다. 삭제한 클라우드 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다. 광고 파트너(Google AdMob)가 보유할 수 있는 광고 관련 정보는 Google 계정·기기의 광고 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다.

앱을 쓸 수 없는 경우: 이메일로 요청

앱을 설치할 수 없거나 로그인이 되지 않으면 choyuna286@gmail.com으로 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 제목에 "MOTE 계정 삭제", 본문에 로그인에 쓴 이메일 주소(Google 또는 Apple 계정)를 적어 주세요. 본인 확인 후 합리적인 기간(보통 30일 이내)에 삭제하고 알려 드립니다.

Delete account

How to delete the account and cloud data of MOTE: Maze Of The Element. Signing in is optional, so if you never signed in there is no account to delete.

Delete in the App (fastest)

Open the App and tap Settings (the gear) at the top right.
While signed in, tap the Delete account icon in the account section.
Confirm in the dialog. You may be asked to sign in again for security.

What is deleted

The sign-in account (Firebase Authentication identifier, email and display name)
The progress, silver/gold coins, stars and item data saved in the cloud

Game progress and settings stored on this device stay, and are removed when you uninstall the App. Deleted cloud data cannot be restored. Advertising information that our ad partner (Google AdMob) may hold can be managed in your Google account and device ad settings.

If you cannot use the App: request by email

If you cannot install the App or sign in, email choyuna286@gmail.com with "MOTE account deletion" as the subject and the email address you used to sign in (your Google or Apple account) in the message. After confirming it is you, we will delete the data within a reasonable time (usually within 30 days) and let you know.
