이용약관
이 약관은 JYA Labs(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 MOTE: Maze Of The Element(이하 "앱")와 관련 서비스의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 시행일: 2026년 10월 12일
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 앱 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무와 책임 사항을 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (약관의 효력과 변경)
- 이용자가 앱을 설치하거나 이용을 시작하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
- 회사는 관련 법령을 어기지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있고, 바꾼 내용과 시행일을 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 변경에 동의하지 않으면 이용을 그만두고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
제3조 (서비스의 내용)
- 앱은 기기를 기울여 원소 캐릭터를 목표 지점까지 보내는 미로 퍼즐 게임입니다.
- 로그인은 선택입니다. Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인하면 진행 단계·코인·별·아이템을 클라우드에 저장하고 기기 간에 이어서 할 수 있습니다.
- 게임 안의 은화·금화·아이템은 게임 속에서만 쓰는 가상의 재화이며, 현금으로 사거나 현금으로 바꿀 수 없습니다. 앱에는 현금 결제가 없습니다.
- 보상형 광고는 선택 사항이며, 시청하면 코인 보상을 받습니다.
제4조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 앱이나 서버를 해킹, 역설계, 변조하거나 비정상적인 방법(자동화 프로그램, 데이터 조작 등)으로 코인·아이템·진행을 얻는 행위
- 다른 사람의 계정을 도용하거나 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위
- 관련 법령과 이 약관, 스토어 정책을 어기는 행위
제5조 (계정과 데이터)
- 이용자는 앱 안의 설정에서 언제든지 계정과 클라우드 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제한 클라우드 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.
- 회사는 제4조를 어긴 이용자의 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
- 개인정보의 처리는 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.
제6조 (서비스의 변경과 중단)
회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있으며, 이용자에게 중대한 영향이 있으면 앱이나 이 페이지로 알립니다. 업데이트로 스테이지·밸런스·아이템 규칙이 바뀔 수 있습니다.
제7조 (지식재산권)
앱과 그 안의 그래픽·소리·글·프로그램에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 개인적·비상업적 용도로만 앱을 이용할 수 있습니다.
제8조 (면책)
- 회사는 천재지변, 통신·플랫폼(Google, Apple 등) 장애, 이용자의 기기·네트워크 문제처럼 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 서비스를 제공하지 못한 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 로그인하지 않고 기기에만 저장된 진행 정보는 앱 삭제나 기기 분실·초기화로 사라질 수 있으며, 회사는 이를 복구할 수 없습니다.
- 회사는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 무료로 제공하는 서비스의 이용으로 생긴 간접·특별 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제9조 (준거법과 분쟁)
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 서비스와 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 다룹니다. 다만 이용자의 거주 국가에서 강행 규정으로 정한 소비자 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.

These Terms set the conditions for using the mobile game MOTE: Maze Of The Element (the "App") and related services provided by JYA Labs (the "Company"). Effective date: October 12, 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms define the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Company and users in connection with the App.
2. Effect and changes
- By installing or starting to use the App you agree to these Terms.
- The Company may change the Terms within what the law allows and will post the changes and their effective date on this page. If you do not agree to a change, you can stop using the App and delete your account.
3. The service
- The App is a maze puzzle game in which you tilt the device to guide an element character to the goal.
- Signing in is optional. With a Google or Apple account your progress, coins, stars and items are saved in the cloud and continue across devices.
- Silver coins, gold coins and items are virtual goods for use inside the game only; they cannot be bought with, or exchanged for, real money. The App has no real-money purchases.
- Rewarded ads are optional; watching one grants a coin reward.
4. User duties
You must not:
- hack, reverse-engineer or tamper with the App or servers, or obtain coins, items or progress by abnormal means (bots, data manipulation and the like);
- use someone else's account or disrupt the operation of the service;
- violate the law, these Terms or the store policies.
5. Accounts and data
- You can delete your account and cloud data at any time in the App's Settings. Deleted cloud data cannot be restored.
- The Company may restrict use by anyone who breaks section 4.
- Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to and suspension of the service
The Company may change or suspend all or part of the service when operations or technology require it, and will tell users in the App or on this page if the effect is significant. Updates may change stages, balance and item rules.
7. Intellectual property
Rights in the App and its graphics, sounds, text and software belong to the Company or the rightful owners. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8. Disclaimer
- The Company is not responsible when it cannot provide the service for reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters, outages of networks or platforms (Google, Apple and others), or problems with your device or network.
- Progress saved only on the device (without signing in) can be lost by uninstalling, or by losing or resetting the device, and the Company cannot restore it.
- To the extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for indirect or special damages arising from the use of a service provided free of charge.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes about the service go to the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act. Consumer rights that mandatory law in your country of residence grants you are not limited by these Terms.
