JYA Labs(이하 "회사", 조윤아 / Younah Cho)는 모바일 게임 MOTE: Maze Of The Element(이하 "앱")를 제공하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떤 목적으로 처리하는지 설명합니다. 시행일: 2026년 10월 12일

앱에는 별도의 분석(Analytics)·충돌 보고 SDK가 들어 있지 않으며, 닉네임·프로필 사진·생년월일 등은 받지 않습니다.
앱은 Google AdMob 보상형 광고를 제공합니다. 유럽 경제 지역·영국 등 해당 지역에서는 Google의 동의 관리 플랫폼(UMP) 창으로, iOS에서는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 창으로 동의를 묻습니다. 동의하지 않으면 개인 맞춤이 아닌 광고가 나옵니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 제한할 수 있습니다(Android: 설정 > Google > 광고, iOS: 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적).
수집한 정보를 위 목적 밖에 쓰거나 판매하지 않습니다.
회사는 이용자 정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 마케팅 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 사업자의 서비스를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 정보가 대한민국 밖(미국 등 Google 데이터센터)에서 처리·보관될 수 있습니다.

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지, 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 클라우드 데이터는 앱의 계정 삭제로 직접 지울 수 있고, 그 밖의 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요. 합리적인 기간 안에 처리하겠습니다.
앱은 만 14세 미만(대한민국) 또는 만 13세 미만(미국 등) 어린이로부터 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 로그인은 선택이며 어린이 대상 맞춤 광고를 하지 않도록 광고 동의를 따릅니다. 어린이의 정보가 수집되었다고 생각되면 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요. 확인 즉시 삭제하겠습니다.
클라우드 저장은 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS)와 Firebase 보안 규칙(본인 문서만 읽기·쓰기)으로 보호합니다. 소셜 로그인 비밀번호는 회사가 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 게시합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 업데이트 안내 등으로 알립니다.

The App contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDK, and does not ask for a nickname, profile picture or date of birth.
The App shows Google AdMob rewarded ads. Where required (such as the EEA and the UK) it asks for consent with Google's consent platform (UMP), and on iOS with the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Without consent you see non-personalized ads. You can reset the advertising identifier or limit personalized ads in your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads, iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).
We do not use the information for other purposes and do not sell it.
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing. To run the service we use the providers below, and your information may be processed and stored outside your country (for example in Google data centers in the United States).

You may ask at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, or withdraw consent for your information. You can erase cloud data yourself by deleting your account in the App; send other requests to the contact below and we will handle them within a reasonable time.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 (Korea) or under 13 (the US and elsewhere). Signing in is optional, and ads follow the consent choice. If you believe a child's information has been collected, tell us at the contact below and we will delete it promptly.
Cloud save is protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS) and Firebase security rules (each person can only read and write their own document). The Company never receives or stores your social-login password.
When this policy changes we publish it here with a new effective date, and announce important changes, for example in an app update note.
