• However, information may be retained for a specified period as required by relevant laws and regulations (e.g., service usage records - 6 months).
• Regarding Children Under 13:
  • Personal information of children will be destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection is achieved.
  • Personal information of children will be destroyed without delay upon withdrawal of consent by a parent or legal guardian.
• Use of Firebase Services: The retention period for data collected through Firebase services is determined by the policies of each Firebase service (for details, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy) and our internal policies.

4. Data Destruction Procedures and Methods

• Upon user's account deletion request, collected personal information is immediately destroyed.
• Personal information in electronic file format is permanently deleted using irreversible technical methods.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

• We do not, in principle, provide users' personal information to third parties.
• However, exceptions may be made in cases where there are special provisions in the law or with the user's explicit consent (or the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian for children under the age of 13). (e.g., provision according to legitimate requests from courts and investigative agencies, provision of name, address, and contact information to shipping companies for prize delivery in case of event winners - clear notification and consent procedures will be followed when providing information).

6. Data Processing Delegation

• We may delegate the processing of personal information to external companies as follows for efficient service provision, app analysis, and error reporting:
  • Delegatee: Google Ireland Limited (Firebase service provider)
  • Delegated Tasks: User authentication and account management, app data storage and synchronization, push notification delivery, app usage statistics analysis, app error reporting and analysis
  • Items of Personal Information Delegated: Google Account information (name, email address, profile picture), Apple Account information (name, email address, Apple ID), app usage history, device information, error logs, etc.
  • Delegatee's Retention and Usage Period: In accordance with Firebase service policies (for details, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy) and our internal policies.
• When delegating the processing of personal information, we clearly stipulate matters related to personal information protection in the delegation contract in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and supervise the delegatee to ensure the secure processing of personal information.
• Currently, there are no delegatees for personal information processing other than Google Ireland Limited (Firebase service provider).

7. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them (Including the Rights of Parents or Legal Guardians)

• Users may at any time request to view, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information.
• For children under the age of 13, parents or legal guardians may request to view, correct, delete, suspend the processing of, and withdraw consent for their child's personal information, and we will take the necessary measures without delay.
• Such requests can be made through in-app features or by contacting the Personal Information Manager below.
